Can I make changes to my booking?

You can make changes to your booking free of charge online, by email or by phone.

Can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking with no charge up to 24 hours before the pick up. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information. Once we receive your cancellation request we will process it and you will receive a cancellation confirmation.

My flight details have changed, do I need to inform you?

Please inform us of any changes to your flight schedule as soon as possible and we will update your reservation. There is no charge for making changes to your flight details.

Where is the meeting point at the airport?

The driver will be waiting for in the arrivals lounge of the airport, holding a sign showing the passenger name provided. The exact meeting point information is  included in the reservation confirmation email.

What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

Your flight will be monitored for delays, to ensure your driver will be waiting for you at the correct time. If your flight is delayed, your reservation will be automatically updated.

Do you provide child seats?

Child and baby seats are available on request. You can request child and baby seats in the section of the booking page.

Are there any extra charges?

Any extras will be shown at the time of booking. The price total on your confirmation is final. There are no hidden charges.

Does the airport transfer take us directly to our hotel?

The private transfer service take you directly to your accommodation.

What method of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit card and PayPal. Our driver will accept only cash. If you want to pay by credit/debit card must be paid in advance.

I need a receipt/invoice of the contracted services. Can you provide it for me after the booking's been carried out?

Yes. Please request your invoice by email at / [email protected], and you will receive the receipt corresponding to your booking.

Is it possible to make a stop along the way to collect keys to the accommodation?

Yes. It’s possible to make a stop for the collection of keys. This stop is only possible if it’s in the same locality or resort as to where the group is heading. To request this service, you must indicate it in the booking process, selecting Drop Off Instructions and citing the full address of where the stop has to be made.

Will I be taken to and picked up directly from my hotel/private address?

Yes. All of our private Service take your group directly to your hotel/private address and in the same way, we’ll collect you at this same spot on the day of your return journey.

Is it safe to enter my credit card details online?

Yes. Your credit card details aren’t introduced until the very last step of the booking process, at which point you’ll be redirected to a completely secure bank server where you carry out your payment.We never has access nor does it store in its databases your details, so you don’t run any risk.

I have to travel to an airport where you offer service, but I can't find the town or my final destination.

We offers it’s services in many towns and destinations, which we continue to expand day by day. In the case that you can’t find your destination in the ‘points of interest’ in our booking engine, cite the complete address of your destination. Our system will calculate the distance in kilometres and offer you the best applicable tariff for each journey.
